We dispatch all orders within 24/48 (business) hours after payment has been received (excluding public holidays). We use Australia Post (with tracking) unless the buyer organizes another option. If your order does not arrive within 10 days, please notify us and we will start a search to find the missing item.DUE TO THE COVID 19 situation, Austalia Post is experiencing delays and has suggested using the Express option in order to have your parcel delivered in a more timely manner.
Storage of herbs & supplements
Herbs & supplements are best stored in individual airtight containers away from direct light. They should ideally be kept in a cool, dark place. If buying in bulk, decant what you need for a week and put in a small airtight container – keep the remainder in the sealed bag and place in an airtight tub. Some herbs may swab.
We can accept returns if the product is incorrect or faulty. We must be notified within 7 days of invoice and the item must be returned in original/sealed packaging within 14 days of notification. No claims will be acknowledged after this time. We will refund in full or send an exchange.
