DEVILS CLAW

Devils Claw is regarded as the herbal alternative to ‘bute’ and cortisone.  It is well known for its ability to provide fast, reliable and powerful pain relief as well as having anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic benefits.  It can be used safely as a substitute to ‘bute’ however if feed in high doses or over a long period of time, the herb Marshmallow should be added to the diet. Devils Claw is often used in the healing of degenerative bone disease, developmental orthopedic disease, tendon and ligament damage, navicular and joint injury.

Do not feed to pregnant mares.  If fed in high doses or over a long period of time, the herb Marshmallow may be added to the diet. Some herbs may swab.
